But in the interim, the continued presence of the abandoned creosote soaked railroad ties along the Yaquina River does not speak well of the contempt Oregon's State Agencies hold the Clam Diggers Association of Oregon. It is obvious that the Directors of these State Agencies do not give a dam about the fish returning to or exiting from the Yaquina Basin.
