Re: Public Records Request - Locations of Closures due to Blue-Green Alga and Beach Locations with Elevated Fecal Bacteria Warnings Posted (2019-0252)
Dear Mr. Lackner,
This will confirm that Oregon Health Authority has received your public records requests for records reflecting:
•The locations where there are State Warnings closing locations because of elevated levels of Blue-Green Alga; and
•Beach Locations posted in the Beach Monitoring Program warnings of elevated levels of fecal Bacteria.
I will submit your request to the program responsible for gathering this information. Please be aware that due to the size of the agency and the volume of records requests received, the agency completes most requests within fifteen (15) business days. Requests that are expected to go beyond fifteen (15) business days will receive an estimated timeline and periodic updates on the status of the request. We will, however, keep you apprised of the status. Thank you for your patience in this regard.
