The State of Oregon is sacking Your Trust Rights by allowing the Federal Government to enforce the exclusion zone to benefit the exportation of natural gas from Jordan Cove.
In addition to this grievous abandonment of our Trust Rights. The State has allowed a timber forest management company to close two of Yaquina Bay major sloughs access and waterfowl hunting and excluding the public from the commercial, but public, fishing docks in Yaquina Bay.
This is a serious assault on public's Trust Rights to access the bed and banks of Oregon's Beaches, Bays and Rivers. The reason for this assault on Trust Rights is the jingle of coin in the pockets of unscrupulous promoters.
Our elected officials show no desire to support and maintain the Public's Trust Rights.
It is just a matter of time before promoters and developers begin eroding our Trust Rights by being given trust deeds to public property by overzealous local governments and blessed by Oregon's Department of State Lands anxious to expand the property tax base of local governments.
Corruption is like a snow ball gaining speed and size the closer it gets to the bottom on the hill referred to as Coos Bay and Yaquina Bay.
