Commercial and recreational marine fisheries managers at the ODFW, ODA, OHA and the DEQ refuse acknowledge that the ODFW claim of, "Crab Oddities" may be the result of altered DNA modified by toxic contamination by exposure to toxic contamination from contaminates in Coos Bay. Click on the following link to view ODFW's record of deformed crabs. The CDAO has received recent reports of malformed crabs being taken from Coos Bay.
Crab Oddities Where are the peer reviewed studies to support ODFW's contention that the deformed crabs and clams are caused by naturally occurring events? In fact, where are the test results taken from from from the tissue of fish, crabs and shellfish in Coos Bay?
What is the truth surrounding contamination of fish, shellfish and crabs taken from Oregon State Waters?
