The Tillamook Bay Massive Manure Spill made news with everyone but Oregon State Agencies.
Our email to Governor Brown,"Oregon's State Agencies took no positive steps to ensure the safety of the public; however, the Tillamook Health Department did; so. Is this the standard response we can expect from the Governor and Oregon's other elected representatives? The only request we have made to the State is for the State to notify the public when sewage spills occur in Oregon's State Waters.
