Mission Statements are a big deal. We asked: "We would like to know what rules of law apply to the ODFW Mission Statement or Mission Statements in General. In addition are there any agency rules in effect that the agencies must meet to implement or manage the programs and projects they are responsible for?" No answer to our question.
