View our suggestion to ODFW for Arsenic Free Gaper Clams?

Dear Director Melcher, for the consideration of ODFW, we recommend adopting the cleaning method described in the attached PDF file to clean gaper clams removing the contaminated periostracum and the first but highly fibrous layer of muscle tissue located just beneath periostracum. We would like to know just how effective our method is in eliminating arsenic contaminated clam tissue from gaper clams? We are looking forward to ODFW's response.
