Comment by Bill, "The arrival of ship from China is unacceptable. However KATU Newsroom believes the U.S. Coast Guard would not allow Chinese Merchant sailors ashore if they were infected with the virus; therefore no investigative reporting.

Did the Coast Guard test the Crew for Coronavirus? Was the ship quarantined? As far as the President is concerned does he communicate with Governor Brown at all about providing the State with the resources to treat patients infected with the virus?
