My friend, South spent a week fishing Simpson Reef and managed not to catch a single Cabezon or a legal sized Ling Cod; all of which begs to answer the quistion, Who's responsible? ODFW NOAA or the actions of the Pacific Management Council.

The continuation of the allowable power of perversion of conservation norms, limits and Marine Reserves to put more of OUR FISH SPECIES into the holds of commercial fishing vessels.

Trip limits have been increased for Black Rockfish and Cabezon for periods 5 and 6 in the commercial nearshore fishery:
