We Clam Digger Association of Oregon (CDAO), the undersigned, request the District Attorney of Marion County to order Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife (ODFW) and its employees to produce a copy or copies of the following records:
1. The names of the people or businesses or entities ODFW sold the public's email addresses to for the years 2020, 2019, 2018, 2017, 2016, 2015, 2014, 2013, 2012, 2011, 2010. CDAO request fee waiver because this information is in the public interest for the following reasons:
A. B. It is in the public interest to know if our emails are getting into the wrong hands like PETA or other groups that harass sportsmen and fishermen.
