Well, the dish was tasty but I was not satisfied. I used clam stock rather than chicken stock. Next time I will use chicken stock. I will remove the dumplings and layer them over the crab meat in the bottom of the bowl. Them thicken the chicken stock in the sauce pan with a slurry of 16 ounce glass of hot water mixed with 4 heaping tablespoons of flour. Enjoy.
