Dear ODFW Commissioners, the following attachment about pile perch in Yaquina is revealing about the life cycle of sea perch.
The unique aspect is the revelation and comment about the birth migration of perch. The study demonstrates the need for additional studies and in my mind the failure of ODFW to properly manage our sea perch species through adequate studies. This failure is basis is the cause of ODFW's failure to manage sea perch species for the benefit that sustains the sea perch species.
